Srushti Dehmukh began preparing for UPSC when she was in her 3rd year of her engineering bachelor's degree. After her graduation she began to question whether or not she would be satisfied in an engineering job. After realizing her dream that she had, she set out to work for civil service. Parents encouraged her to prepare for civils and make an impact in the community. Her motivation never waned and was focused on her goal to become an IAS. In order for UPSC to be successful it is more work necessary. When she was preparing in her engineering courses She also had to study for different subjects of UPSC. The exam preparation took up the entire day. In just one and a quarter months, she was studying for engineering tests, but stayed clear of all social interactions. It is important to focus to be able to pass the exam. She wants to become an official in the civil service. She wanted to pass through the exam quickly, so she was able to put in a lot of hours. Every day, she reads papers to stay current with the latest news. Additionally, she received a lot of support online by collecting study materials and viewing Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh created and released a book called The Answer Writing Manual. Each library across America contains the book.
